Generally, beginners with no experience may take 1-2 days to learn basic crochet stitches before starting their projects. For beginners, completing a project typically takes around 5-7 days, though some may finish faster, in 3-5 days. This depends on the crocheters' dedication and inspiration. More experienced crocheters might only need a few hours to complete a project.

How can I file a complaint or submit a suggestion?

Orders and Shipping

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status by entering the order number on our website's 'Track Order' page. Enter your order number to view the order status. Additionally, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress at any time.

Can I change my delivery address?

We only accept address changes before the order is shipped. Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make any changes to the address.

How long does shipping take?

Upon receiving your order, we typically require 3-7 business days to process it to ensure product quality meets your satisfaction. Shipping time from order dispatch to successful delivery generally takes 7-10 business days. However, factors such as invalid address, holidays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may extend the delivery time beyond the expected duration.

The package of kits will typically include:Yarn, stuffing fiber, crochet hook, large-eyed needle, and instructions.Additional materials like plastic eyes, noses, arms, safety pins, decorative balls, bells, glasses, etc., vary based on the specific product. Please refer to the actual items.

What format are the crochet tutorials in?

We provide video tutorials with English subtitles. These tutorials consist of two modules: one covering the basics of crocheting and the other focusing on the specific product. For beginners, we recommend starting with the basics tutorial to practice before moving on to the product tutorial.

If I encounter any issues while using toolkit, can I receive support?

Post-Sales Support

What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How can I return a product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are not refundable, and Yarnbell does not cover any costs for the return.

  1. Return Request: You can contact us at help@yarnbell.com to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging before returning it.
  2. Negotiation of Return Plan: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Actual Return: Buyers are required to initiate the return within 7 days of the request and provide the return tracking number.
  4. Inspection and Refund: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
